Fashion Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to join our design team. In this role, you will develop original clothing and accessory concepts, create technical designs, and collaborate with product development and production teams to bring collections from concept to market. Key Responsibilities: Research fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and consumer preferences. Design seasonal apparel and accessory collections. Create sketches, digital illustrations, and technical specifications. Select fabrics, trims, and materials for product development. Collaborate with pattern makers and production teams to ensure design accuracy. Review prototypes and make design adjustments as needed. Ensure products align with brand identity and quality standards. Work closely with merchandising and marketing teams during product launches. Maintain design documentation and project timelines. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging fashion innovations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field. 2+ years of experience in fashion or apparel design. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or other design software. Strong understanding of garment construction, textiles, and production processes. Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and visual communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong collaboration and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience designing for ready-to-wear or luxury fashion brands. Knowledge of pattern making and garment fitting. Familiarity with 3D fashion design software is a plus.
