Drive-Thru Operator

We are looking for a friendly and efficient Drive-Thru Operator to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will take customer orders, process payments, prepare orders for pickup, and ensure every customer receives prompt and accurate service. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and take orders through the drive-thru system. Accurately enter orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system. Process cash, credit card, and digital payments. Verify order accuracy before handing it to customers. Communicate clearly with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely order preparation. Resolve customer questions and concerns in a professional manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the drive-thru workstation. Follow food safety, hygiene, and company procedures. Assist with restocking supplies and other operational tasks as needed. Help maintain fast service times while delivering a positive customer experience. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic math and cash-handling skills. Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Positive attitude and strong attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Experience operating a POS system. Previous experience in a drive-thru or quick-service restaurant.
