Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth by promoting our products and services. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with a passion for sales and customer success. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and referrals. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations. Negotiate contracts and close sales while meeting company objectives. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system. Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to improve client satisfaction. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Self-motivated with a proactive and customer-focused mindset. Preferred Qualifications Experience in B2B sales.
