Storage Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Storage Manager to oversee the daily operations of our storage facility. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, optimizing warehouse space, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating the movement of goods to support business operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of the storage and warehouse facility. Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records. Coordinate the receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods. Ensure products are stored safely and efficiently according to company standards. Conduct regular inventory audits and resolve discrepancies. Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasks. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations. Work closely with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to meet inventory requirements. Prepare reports on inventory, storage utilization, and warehouse performance. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus. 2+ years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or storage management. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Ability to lift and move materials when necessary. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS). Forklift certification (preferred but not required). Knowledge of inventory control best practices and warehouse safety procedures.
