Storage Manager

We are looking for an experienced Storage Manager to oversee the organization, security, and efficiency of our storage facilities. You will be responsible for managing inventory, supervising warehouse operations, implementing storage best practices, and ensuring that all materials are handled safely and accurately. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily storage and warehouse operations. Develop and maintain efficient storage layouts to maximize space utilization. Manage inventory levels, stock movements, and storage records. Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with logistics and procurement teams. Lead, train, and supervise warehouse personnel. Conduct routine inventory counts and investigate discrepancies. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies. Monitor equipment maintenance and report repair needs. Implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency. Prepare inventory, storage, and operational reports for management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). 3+ years of experience in warehouse or storage management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Experience with inventory management systems or warehouse management software. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in warehouse or supply chain management. Experience with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
