Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator to oversee the efficient movement of goods and materials throughout the supply chain. In this role, you will coordinate shipments, monitor delivery schedules, and work closely with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective operations. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate domestic and international shipments from origin to destination. Schedule deliveries and communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers. Track shipments and resolve delivery delays or transportation issues. Prepare and maintain shipping documents, invoices, and customs paperwork. Monitor inventory movement and collaborate with warehouse teams. Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies. Optimize shipping routes and logistics processes to improve efficiency. Maintain accurate logistics records and update shipment status in company systems. Assist with freight cost analysis and vendor performance evaluations. Prepare regular logistics and inventory reports for management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (preferred). 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and logistics or ERP software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with transportation management systems (TMS) or warehouse management systems (WMS). Knowledge of import/export procedures and customs documentation.
