Legal Expert

We are looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Legal Expert to provide legal guidance and ensure the organization complies with applicable laws and regulations. You will review contracts, advise internal stakeholders on legal matters, mitigate legal risks, and support the company's business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents. Ensure compliance with local, national, and international laws and regulations. Identify legal risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies. Support dispute resolution, litigation, and legal proceedings when necessary. Conduct legal research and stay informed about changes in legislation. Collaborate with internal departments to provide legal support for business initiatives. Develop and maintain company policies and compliance procedures. Manage relationships with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities. Maintain accurate legal records and documentation. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) or Juris Doctor (J.D.). Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction (preferred where applicable). 3+ years of experience in corporate, commercial, or legal advisory roles. Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in an in-house legal department. Knowledge of intellectual property, employment, or data privacy laws. Experience working with multinational organizations. Familiarity with compliance and risk management frameworks.
